Variable and high-precision photo chemical milling/molding etching
TSK has first-class know-how and extensive experience for these systems and offers the entire wet chemical value chain of systems in this area: single-sided etching, double-sided etching of large formats with working widths of up to 1500 mm as well as etching distances that are of any length due to their modular design. Other special applications such as pumice brushes for surface cleaning and for deburring ground cut and folding edges are part of TSK’s standard portfolio.
TSK also offers systems for spray manifolds cleaning as an option. They can be used to check pre-clogging in a user-friendly way and to remove chemical residues easily. Both applications make regular maintenance and cleaning easier.

Our high-precision spray and manifold technology paired with intelligently controlled oscillation can be used in a wide variety of processes, whether for etching sheet metal made of various alloys, aluminum or titanium parts. Of course, TSK also provides you with a drawer etcher for small series or prototypes.
Photo chemical milling
In chemical milling, the contours for the matrix for cylindrical or roller punching are etched into carbon-containing steel plates, for example for paper and cardboard production in the packaging industry. TSK manufactures the horizontal wet-chemical plants used for this purpose to the highest quality and, with its know-how, ensures long-term production with a high level of machine safety.

As an important part of the PCM process, etching must take into account how metals are processed and what technical requirements must be met depending on the design and application of the manufactured product. In addition, requirements such as the type of chemicals, the process speed, the process time or the transport system determine the modern etching machine layout of TSK plants. In addition, TSK also offers systems for cleaning, developing and stripping.
Customizing high etching quality
With its very low tolerances in production, the fine-line spray distributor (spray manifold) enables a uniform spray pattern and ensures precise etching results with a very high etching factor. Optionally, the module configuration can also be individualized. For individual process sequences, TSK combines the individual etching modules of the entire “line system” according to specific customer requirements.
