Final cleaning ensures the reliable function of printed circuit boards and is therefore of particular importance. In the final cleaning in the production of printed circuit boards, all residues and impurities that accumulate during the final production steps are removed. It ensures that the PCB is clean, active, and ready for subsequent steps such as coatings, solder masks, or component assembly.

Efficient cleaning after milling

At the end of the production chain, smaller panels are precisely milled out of the large PCB. This milling work is carried out after the plates have been manufactured and finished, and after the application of solder masks or organic coatings. 

Effective cleaning of dust particles

Milling glass-fibre reinforced epoxy resin releases fine dusts that adhere adhesively to the surfaces. These particles must be rinsed off thoroughly to avoid interference in the further process. An effective cleaning system reliably removes these residues and thus ensures consistent product quality. This step is crucial to enable smooth further processing of the benefits. 

Special transport technology for small formats

TSK’s engineering team has developed a special transport solution for handling the smallest formats. This technology includes smaller roller and shaft diameters as well as narrow distances between the transport elements. A drive train on both sides guarantees maximum precision and stability in the transport process. This solution meets the high requirements of the industry and enables safe and gentle transport of small panels.
